Big shoutout to all the fans for picking my Detroit design! As a few have said before me, it's kind of hard to expect to win once you see all of the great designs everyone else has submitted, but I'm happy I've got 1 of the 30 under my belt. A great selection of 15 jerseys so far!

Nice to see some more "modern" designs in the latest batch. That Minnesota jersey is super creative and unique. Also love those things on the center stripe in the Milwaukee jersey, not sure what to call them.

And on that note i would like to thank everyone that voted on my boulder design. And everyone who voted on Justins St.Louis design... my absolute favorite so far.

Will we be able to see the percentages for the jerseys? I think that will help designers in the next contests so they can see what people are voting for and what they're not voting for. Also, its just interesting to see how each jersey did.

Thanks to everybody who voted on both my Houston and St. Louis jersey. It means a lot to me, like it does to all the artists, to have people recognize both creativity and ability. To have two jerseys up here is much more than I expected, believe me. And to you GUP, that Boulders jersey is creativity at its finest. Congrats to all you guys, we're producing some unreal sweaters here.

I have to say, if it wasn't my own design that won for the Motorheads, I'm glad to have this one. Very modern, and not too much like a Flames or Carolina knock off. Well done IceHL voters.

Hey Chris, have you ever thought about having real versions of these jerseys made up and then given out to the designers who won as a prize? I think that would be really cool if it could actually happen!

Stay tuned, Chance...

Absolutely love the design for my Wave. It was my favorite of the candidates and I'm so excited to be the manager of a team that will look so darn good. Just noticed it didn't have the surfboard shoulder-patch, though. Otherwise, a just about perfect design for the California Wave!

Apr 9 · 10:34 PM PDT | Registered CommenterJon W | California Wave

Thanks Jon, it's really cool knowing that a team's GM liked my design the best! I'm sorry that I left off the surfboard shoulder-patch but if the opportunity arises I will definately put them on. The whole rest of the Pacific looks really good as well!

That Huskies jersey is awesome!

If ever there was an iceHL trend, it belongs to the horizontal lines in the center behind the crest. Seeing it on one or two jerseys may be fine, but almost every division has one! Heck, the Central division alone has two already!

I understand voting on the jerseys for each division, but when you pull back to the grand scheme of things for the league, it looses it's uniqueness and overall appeal.

Which is sad

great stuff. it's nice to see so many non-traditional colors in there. brown, grey, olive drab. the muted color palettes are a nice change that make the bold choices really pop.

would love to see a non-white road jersey. something in a light silver or tan/cream color. maybe even yellow if the league allows it.

Scorpions look the best.

If you took the California Wave design and turned the C into an I, you'd have a really sick New York Islanders concept jersey.

I think the Milwaukee one is a tad bit "beer" league hurr hurr hurr :)

Thanks everyone who voted for my Blue Crabs jerseys!

This was just my second participation on this contest and there were many great jerseys in the Blue Crabs set, so I never really thought that I will win. Also congratulations to all the other winners. Everybody did a great job.

My favorites are the Aviators jerseys so far because I think the colors and stripes matching with the logo very well.

Armada- that sheild should have been on both shoulders with the primary logo on the front. the jerseys are stellar though.
Guardians- not a fan of any of the branding, from the logo to the jersey made for it. something doesn't click for me
Olympiques- Design is near perfect, only problem is the illegable numbers
Steelcats- The jersey is nice, but I don't feel like it suits the team. The logo fits more of a non-traditional jersey.
Colonials - Doesn't look like a sabres jersey, perfect!
Scorpions- A shame you used white as an accent color instead of yellow
Gators- the blue jersey doesn't say anything special. take away the white shoulder yoke
Hellcats- absolutely love the hellcat star on the side of the arms like a decal. even though the jersey is a little bland without it
Outlaws- too cookie cutter. The two-tone green was better executed with houston
Beasts- i wish the piping on the white jersey was a bit thicker and the primary logo was used, other than that i love it
Archers -might be too much going on, but i think it turned out amazing.
Mammoths- maybe too simple but it works well
Lagers- one of my favorites , other than the logos on the shoulder being put in the wrong spot
motorheads- arm stripes are far too low, good vision though
Hitmen- nice and classy.. a little played-out but it works well
Lumberjacks- the waist stripe and arm stripes really should be the same length, but i like the use of baby blue in the arm piping
aviators- great, maybe too simple on the arms of the dark jersey, would be 10x better with their alternate logo though
Pioneers- sorry but I hate it. the stripes dont even match, job not well done
Wave- one of my favorites, easiest design: waves.
Huskies- probably my favorite in the league! It's out-there but not over done. Very well executed
Sentinels- There's way too much going on, take away the stars, make the jersey red
Baracudas- Simple, hit the nail on the head. Maybe to mix-matched colors on the white jersey like the other one in the competition. That would be cool.
Nighthawks- extremely well done, looks super cool
BlueCrabs- not feeling the waist stripes, fix that a little bit and it's perfect
Arsenal- so similar to the Sentinels, one of them has to go. much like the sentinels one, it is way too cluttered.

I hope that some team, at some point (preferably in the near future), be bold enough to go with the lime green black combo. I also hope that nike will not be in control over said jersey design (RIP Seahawks).

Calgary is definitely the absolute best design in the IceHL. Very clean and very powerful. Great job!
