Now this one is tough!
I may be in the minority but I liked the old Coyotes logo's and uniforms way better then the new ones. I bought the home white when it first came out and thought it was among the nicest threads in the league. Preds get my vote. There are simply way too many colours and the triangle is just overused in NHL logos
I voted predlees b/c it isn't even like a logo, it's just a cartoon pic of a sabretooth in a triangle. nothing really special about it.
These are both completely horrible, but the Predators lose because their team name doesn't hold up the identity of Nashville at all. At least Arizona has a ton of Coyotes.
Also I seam to be missing a "just to freak you out," or did it happen and I didn't see it?
That predators logo is ugly, but it doesn't hold a candle to the ugliness of that coyote. Whats worse is the jerseys that logo was on. One of the worst combos of logo and jersey of all time in my opinion. And a stark contrast to the new ones which in my opinion are one of the best combos. And I realize that I am in the minority on both of these viewpoints but there it is.
i'm also in the minority, i really liked the coyotes' old jerseys. they had more character than the new ones do. the preds' is terrible, though.
I loved the old Coyotes uniforms because they had cool colors and a lot of local character. I do think the logo was a bit ugly, but the Terminator robo-cat with metallic teeth is worse.
BTW, endless mike... there is a local reason for why the Preds logos are all cats. Fossil saber-toothed cats have been found in the Nashville area. Remember that the team actually designed their logo before they had a name.
The original Coyotes logo was one of the best in the league. It captured the culture of Arizona. I have no idea what it's doing in this tournament.
Preds get my vote.
