The Phantoms logo looks cool...

the penguins logo looks awkward
I don't like the text on either logo, but the Phantom itself looks really cool (though it would look a lot cooler without purple), whereas the penguins a little boring and way to detailed for me to care.
It's a Phantom, it's two eyes staring out of an abstract logo, using the wings from the Flyers' logo on either side.
A little unusual, but unique. It may not win the tournament, but I like it anyway.
I like the Phantoms logo - not sure why the text is included in the competition - it's not part of the team's jersey logo. The Pen logo is kinda lame.
