That is a shame for the Caps logo...they were placed against a juggernaut of a logo. The caps did a great job with their update, not far enough to win the tournament but if paired with a lesser logo, they could have gone far. Boston will be hard to stop in this one and is my favorite uniform of the new RBK Edge jerseys.
RBK still sucks though.

Yeah, I don't think it was THAT hard of a choice... it's a shame the Caps went back to the Red, White & Blue. Ovechkin doesn't deserve that sort of design treatment.

Washington has the worst logos in professional sports. The Caps had a chance to turn it around, but like idiots, they put that ridiculous collection of toothpicks on the front instead of their new eagle logo, which is far superior and actually the only other logo in town worth looking at besides DC United. Had they unveiled that eagle, I'm not sure the Bruins would have won this one.
