Mailbag: Maple Leafs Concept
Sunday · Aug 5 · 2007 | 11:29 AM PDTA reader emailed me his design for a new uniform for the Toronto Maple Leafs.
We have been hearing we should expect a modified Leaf logo for this season. This concept certainly takes that into account. What do you guys think?

Oy vay. It's pretty nasty. First off...he still has the TML patches on the shoulders. BAD MOVE! Most Leaf fans hate the TML patch and want to see it extinct. Secondly the "modified leaf" is an eye-sore. It's a rip off of the old "famous players" logo. (a chain of theatres in Canada) The numbers on the front and shoulder piping seal the deal. It's a mess. Sorry!
