Possible New Blues Jersey?
Monday · Aug 6 · 2007 | 12:31 PM PDTI've been getting lots of emails the last few days. Among them was this photo (?) which may or may not show the new St. Louis Blues Rbk EDGE uniform.
I don't know why, but it doesn't feel all that... real... to me. Perhaps it's the cynic in me having been drawn out by all the other fictional works we've been treated to lately? I'll say this, though. It does seem an awful lot like this Detroit design I posted Saturday.
What do you think? Will this be the new Blues jersey or are we looking at another fan-created, Photoshop-assisted design?

Photoshop. The waistline is straight across the bottom.
Piping is the devil.
It looks fake to me. The shoulders look darker for some reason. Possibly someone photoshopping over an already released jersey. I wish these people would just say in advance they were ideas, then we could appreciate them for what they are-art, and not jersey leaks.
the top half looks just like the rbk preds jersey
the top half looks just like the preds rbk edge jersey.
It's on a regular every day hanger, yet sits like it's on a mannequin (the fabric is full and rounded, not flat like it would be on a hanger).
So it's fake.
Not too shabby though, although if the Blues were going to do something like this, you'd think they'd just stay with their current design.

I defiantly think the Blackhawks will do better. I mean you think they have worse logos then Edmonton and Anaheim... Anyways thats just one thing. I love everything else.

I'm glad to hear you're excited about the voting, micky! I am too. I really don't like that I'm deciding this thing? Who died and left me in charge, right? Anyway, thanks for reading, and I'm glad you're looking forward to August 12 as much as I am.
(By the way, I plan to have the tournament bracket posted late Friday or early Saturday so you all can see who will be facing who.)
That is a photoshopped off a women's style jersey....its too tight and short for EDGE.
