Canucks Unveil New Colors, Uniforms!

While I do think the new jerseys would look better without Vancouver, I still think they look pretty good.
I would have rather seen the Yellow, Red, and Black "V" jerseys than the useless ugly Wordmard over the logo.
Unbelievably ugly. I am shocked they would go that route. Old with new never works.

Why did they add the Wordmark over the logo, it looks ugly...
The colors are great, I could live with the logo, but that VANCOUVER inscription just sucks! Feel sorry for the Canucks fans...
The jerseys would have been a lot better without the word-mark above the logo, but other than that they are gorgeous! I love how they have a unique color scheme.
I think that even the baby blue and neon green fake jerseys look better than these they are horrible!!
I like these jerseys wish they would,ve put the green in the logo and left out the oriningal orca on the away jersey loks weird but the stick oin the rink great relates to that jersey the vancouver realtes to the vancouver millionaires and the orca reltes to now and bcs native art. oh c'mon Canuck fan, it's not like the Canucks have ever had one of the best jerseys in the league. Anything other than the old V jerseys is a step up...and its better than the old ones for sure.
it's def. different..nice classic colors and horizontal stripping...however the "vancouver"..call me crazy, but i honestly don't think it has to go completely, maybe just a little bit smaller...it creates a cool new hockey sweater concept..or maybe if they re-designed the orca "C" so that it would fit with a word mark like that...who knows
The only people who should be pleased with these sweaters are Buffalo Sabres fans. As of today they don't support the NHL team with the worst sweater. Move over Buffaslug and make room for the Vanorcas.

I think it looks really good to tell the truth. I would only change the logo on the home jerseys. needs more colours. just the blue and white is boring.

the only and only problem guys is the fact the lettering is too big but its not the worst stop complaining its better than most of the canuck concepts i've seen its good and those fans that think this is a put down why were u so hyped in the beginning i personally think its better than the recent jersey i'm i wrong
I'm an Oiler fan, but with some of the concepts I've seen for the Nucks, I was very excited to see what a million dollar design looked like...What a ripoff! Everyone is saying get rid of the wordmark, I would go completely the other way... Kill the Orca, it's a corporate symbol, leave the "Vancouver". THEN it looks classic.
No wonder that the Canuckleheads are the 2nd worst team in the league (1st worst team is Calgary Shames). I guess that explains why they usually end up at the bottom of the NW Div. From an Oilers fan :P
Most of you seem to be on glue. The blue could have been a little darker but that's the only criticism I have. The wordmark celebrates the city, we get the stick and rink on the shoulder and the Orca is pretty cool. There's the vintage touch going back to the original colours. Hopefully the franchise doesn't change the colours EVER again so we can keep some sense of identity and tradition. Stop sniffing glue.

the new nucks unis are terrible! they messed up the logo big time!!
first of all the new team colors are royal blue white and green yet they decide to have alot of black in the logo? we must be the only team in sports who has a different color logo than whats on the jerseys.
the use of the vancouver wording would have worked better with the old stick and rink logo...it just doesnt work with the orca...

VERY disappointed with Vancouver's new jerseys... but then again, when has their design department ever come up with a good jersey in the last 30 years? They would've been better off just going with the real retro blue/green/white jerseys because all they did was change the colours of the logo, add VANCOUVER and call it a day.
I wish I got paid to come up with this logo because I'd be laughing all the way to the bank.
Who else thinks that the big VANCOUVER has anything to do with marketing the city's name even more for the Vancouver Olympics?
I don't think these duds are that bad, considering the orca logo is still on it. The wordmark adds a little character above a somewhat dull logo. The jersey colors have improved as well. Those of you who think this is worse than the buffaslug mutation, give your heads a shake!
