Ben MacDonalds logo set is great! Easily my fave, would love to see a possibly secondary logo without the "Cards" theme.

Matt McElroys logos are also great but for sake of having too many Aviation themed logos (Aviators, Hellcats) in the league falls second for me.

You'd think the spade was the only ace in a card deck seeing how this turned out. That said, when I say the Francis Matte set is my favorite, its not just because of that detail of balancing the emphasis of the suits. Its a great design with a great color scheme and a really classy looking wordmark. While the aviation themed designs are nice looking, I think there is enough of that in the IceHL already with the Hellcats and the Aviators.

I really hope Francis Matte design wins this. Looks very sharp

Why did you allow ace cards?????? Was it not based on the type of planes?!

@March I would definitely tie that to the Motorhead song, "Ace of Spades."

Francis Matte, and Arian Durst's logos here are great! I love the card idea and its obviously something I didn't think about. Those two are ver clean, sharp looking logos and if we had to stay away from the plane, ruling mine out, then I would love to see one of those two!

This was my last submission and I tried to get it in under the wire. While I may like it, I definitely don't knock anyone else for not liking it. I was trying to go for the old blue and yellow PA license plate look and I didn't know so many people would tie the liberty bell and a spade suit. I should've known better. And thanks to everyone for all the kind words on my other submissions and good luck and congrats to the rest of the submissions and eventual winners. This was fun and challenging, I needed that.

I like Jesse's. Pennsylvania colors, Keystone state logo, simple, classic. Love it.

My vision with the Aces idea was more cards related than planes. I like Matt Mcelroys concept of combining the two...but playing cards designations are always in the upper left corner of the cards. Think about it when you are holding a poker hand.... My favorite logo of all is Austin Ells 2nd logo, the round one. It is very similar to the old Cornwall Aces logo, but I think different enough that it is not a direct copy.

Arian and Austin - going Brooklyn Nets on us with the black-white look. Arian also uses a simple font. Great.

The best idea also goes to Arian's secondary. P-A playing cards. At first I thought it was state abbreviation. Then, team initials.

With the designs of Philadelphia, I think Francis Matte, Matt McElroy and Colin McGee rise to the top.

Matte's design is very traditional in nature and if you want to go to the full-blown direction of playing cards, this design is excellent.

If you're not looking to go the playing card direction, I think McElroy's design is really nice. While we have two aviation-themed teams already, I don't think a third one in this instance is a big deal, as opposed to marine/nautical themes.

Colin McGee's logo is one of my favorites because of its simple integration of the ace into the design, but also its solid integration of the Liberty Bell. It's so well-done!
