The more I look at it, the Vancouver Logo looks more like a Baseball All-star logo than a hockey logo.

Maybe it's a stupid thought, but why do they all seem compelled to have a star in the logo? I get the obvious star=All Star game reference but it does seem to limit creativity. Are they required to have a star in the logo or is it lack of imagination?
