Time to pick jerseys! Choose up to 8 of your favorite New Orleans Gators jersey designs. All 22 sets are listed in random order; the VOTE button is at the bottom of the page. The jersey set that collects the most votes wins.
Results will be revealed after voting closes on Wed., Dec. 28 and will remain hidden until that time. (Notes: The 3-letter codes are meant to help distinguish each design and keep anonymity of designers. Also, don't worry if a design lacks polish. If necessary, the winning design will be cleaned up before it's declared "official.")

The comments will be open to allow for discussion of the merits of each design. To the designers, you may comment on your work but please do not break the anonymity. To everyone else, keep it civil. Attacks will not be tolerated. You can talk about what you like and what you don't like about them. But if you take the time to write a comment, please explain your positions. If you simply write, "X is cool, or X sucks"... don't expect to see your comment approved. That's all. Happy voting!

I like the green scales in VAK's design, nice touch !
The greatest color combos in the division. The blue, green and white just blend together perfectly. Very hard to screw this jersey up.
HSL had a great idea but I think the silver was too over powering. If you swap out the silver with white, then I think you have a very strong jersey.
The gator head should be the chest logo. The NO and the Gator with the Puck are definite shoulder patches.
I really like the logo itself, and I'm drawn more to the navy blue, as it seems if the gator-head logo gets a bit lost if green is the dominant color in the jersey. Maybe it's just the format, but that's me. Strong designs throughout, though! Not really a weak one in the bunch.
Way to much green in this division. I actually prefer the jerseys that use secondary colors for the jerseys for all of these teams.
As the GM of the New Orleans Gators I would like to say that these designs are awesome! I tend to like the navy blue as the home jersey color with the primary gator head logo on the front. The designs that stand out to me are LNS, SZM, NAJ, and WAC. There's something about NAJ's design that really caught my attention though, it's so different I would probably say it's my favorite design. However, I would like to see the logo and stripes on the chest of the home jersey be lowered a bit to the same location as the away jersey.
I expect people to disagree with me, but none of these felt like a jersey you'd see in New Orleans. I know that a lot of sports have forced the Mardi Gras look, but lets face it: when the average person thinks New Orleans, they do think Mardi Gras. These overall felt like drab Canucks designs. New Orleans is a market I would expect to push the envelope a little.

I thought someone would play a Hartford Whalers theme, but to no avail. Still great threads though!
I agree with Nick. Some of the colors in this division need to be revised, namely Houston or Dallas. I say Houston because right now they're just a rip-off of the Aeros.
That said, I like the ones that use the blue as the primary color (as others have pointed out) it makes the gator stand out more. I also wish more teams would have used the orange in their design, it could give the jersey a little added punch.
I vote: WAC, NAJ, SZM, HWY, and LNS
