0182: Battle of Quebec 2014

This Winter Classic Saturday has Justin Nahhas imagining a possible Denver-hosted Classic in 2014. It's a play on the club's Quebec history as they would host their former rival, the Montreal Canadiens — who would be playing their third outdoor game in 11 years.

The Avalanche logo doesn't work with the rest of the jersey. Either swap the burgundy for a different color, or use the color more in the jersey so it fits.

NO FREAKIN WAY, not acceptable and not even by a long shot !

The Fleur de lys should never be associated with the Avalanche !!!!!

Wow, that Avalanche jersey is really offensive. Not cool.

Sorry guys, never my intention to be offensive. Its just a concept, we can all admit the battle of Quebec is a big part of Canadian hockey, I just wanted to revisit in concept form. I'm well aware the chance of this happeneing are very slim.

Don't be discouraged by angry denizens of Nordiques Nation though. I kind of want your Habs jersey.

Don't be so hard on the guy for that Quebec Avalanche jersey. I was hurt too when they moved. I see a Q in the Avalanch logo, with the blue oval making the circle and the swoosh of the puck making the line.
I have always told to who ever would listen that it was no mistake the beguining of the logo had that Q in it, in the first years had a frech GM and coach that could speak french and played in an arena that was sponsored by Pepsi. They wanted to keep there Quebec roots.
