0659: Minnesota's Winter Classic
After a week's worth of Stadium Series concepts, the Winter Classic is probably a good subject for this Outdoor Saturday. Matt Madore wants to see the 2016 Winter Classic in Minnesota where he has the Wild hosting the Blues.
It may not be based on anything specific from Minnesota's hockey history, but it definitely has that retro feel. And the Blues jersey, well that's just superb. Job done.
Maybe next week we can find some concept artists not named Matt or Justin. (Kidding!)

Very nice set! I agree Minnesota needs a winter classic, and that patch is absolutely perfect for it if it ever happend. I love the wilds jersey but I'm not too keen on the "M" crest, it looks like something the university of Michigan would wear (minus the wheat which is a great effect), I think it would look better with the crest from their current home or the word mark from their third or something similar. Overall I'd give the wilds jersey an 8/10. That blues jersey is absolutely perfect and I wouldn't mind it if they wore this full time! I liked their old look way better than their current one. The blues jersey gets a perfect 10/10 in my book! So with the 2 awesome jerseys and that perfect patch this winter Classic concept gets a 9.5/10, keep up the concepts!!
The Rangers shield shouldn't be the base of a Winter Classic logo, the rest especially the Wild's uni is incredible !
any particular reason why the logo is based on the Rangers Winter Classic logo from 2012?
Not a fan of that B logo on St. Louis' shoulders. Switch that out for the Gateway Arch logo they've already got and that's a perfect uniform.
the wheat with the star on the Minni jerseys reminds me alot of the Sapporo logo. Other than that awesome set.
Both of those are absolutely fantastic. Especially the Blues.
