Being a Spartans fan, I really dislike the "Michigan State" script across their white jerseys. This looks great in my opinion.

Get rid of that odd trim/striping and you've got yourself a great jersey

The main change I would make is to make it a Reebok jersey so I could actually buy a retail one. Nike doesn't sell retail authentics of their university hockey jerseys.

Good concept. A few execution errors. Such as the continuity of the collar from the front view to the back. Also why is where the tie down is stitched is it green? Just some thoughts. I like the idea of the jersey though.
