I hope the person who posted the canucks concept knows that luongo wears number 1...
Ottawa would be better off dawning these jerseys than their jerseys they are wearing now. Just saying. Would be a HUGE improvement. Although they may be on the right track if their introducing that "O" jersey.
Dallas... not sure why people feel the need to retain the 'A' at the top of the star. Other than that it's the same tried and true North Stars inspiration.
Florida concept is actually really nice. I like that they've up-played the yellow-brown, even if red is gone entirely.
I actually like the Vancouver concept a lot.
Not a fan of the Ottawa 2D logo, the original was great, new one is too circular. Just feels off. But those are good jerseys.
Atlanta logo is fugly.
Like the direction Jekabs goes with the nucks concepts...
I am glad to see the negative space V on the sleeves (by far the best feature of any canuck jersey of all time)... the sizing seems a bit off though. check out the 40th anniversary jersey, the V on it doesn't go all the way down to the cuff and looks a lot cleaner.
secondly, I can't for the life of me figure out the striping on these jerseys, it seems arbitrary.
ultimately I would love to see the nucks go in this direction with their unis.
The Sens white looks great (just return to their original 2D logo) and make the red one black and we'd be set!
If the Dallas jersey was a less tealish green I would dig it. And the "A" cap on the star should be filled in solid.
As a sens fan, those Ottawa Concepts are only mediocre. I mean, look at the red one. Could it be any more unoriginal? Red base, White band on arms and waist outlined in Black. I've always thought that a good splash of Gold is what really differentiates Ottawa from all the other Red & White teams. The white jersey is the exact same as their old white jersey. Nothing special.
The atlanta concept is my fav of the bunch. Unique jerseys to that team alone and an interesting logo variation.
Weird..the Thrashers jerseys have an 'A' but Winnipeg starts with a 'W'
(North) Stars = solid. Much better than what they currently wear (not like it's a real accomplishment, though). Only suggestion I'd make is to tweak the star a bit so it looks more like the lone star instead of the north star.
Panthers = decent. Nothing bad about them, but nothing that really jumps out at ya.
Canucks - Did I just stroke out a little causing my color vision to get tweaked? What's up with those colors? That's an example of a very small change completely warping the team's identity, and even as a Blackhawks fan that loves to LOL at the Nucks I don't like it....
Senators - Quality bunch, though I'd like to see the black oft-rumored "O" jerseys in there as thirds.
Thrashers - Honestly not that bad. Nothing stellar about them, but pretty good looking.
the panthers one is great if they just trade out the gold for red and add just a little bit of gold back in. they have a really good color pattern with the red yellow and blue now and it shouldn't change Florida and the league already has enough blue
Those may be the best Vancouver jerseys I've seen yet. For the love of god, someone contact whoever is in charge of jerseys in Vancouver and show him or her these!
Ottawa not bad either. Florida needs to be red. Atlanta is the worst of the bunch, all though I like the A logo.
The Panthers' concept looks too much like the Pens' 3rds...
The Stars and Canucks ones are the best. Cats and Sens are okay. That Thrashers jersey... ugh. Seriously, that A logo just doesn't work.
If the Thrashers could find a half decent logo then I think they'd have some stupendous sweaters. I always have thought that the burgundy/maroonish, orange/yellowish, and navy color scheme worked real well (sorry I dont know the specific name of the hues, im no artist)

Personally I think those nucks jerseys are terrible, whats with the colours? Luongo #31? However the green one is definitely in the right direction.
I think that 2D Sens logo needs to be used in some form, it looks decent...
I am so fed up with numbers on the front...leave that to basketball and football. The "v" on the sleeve of the vancouver whalers-ERR canucks jersey is just distracting and unnecessary...and the palette is so murky. I do have to give mad props to Mike and Matt, tho...Matt actually made a decent looking thrashers sweater without losing the teams identity, which alone is a difficult task, and i actually like it. I think it makes a lot of conceptual sense. As for the cats, i do miss the red, but if that's the direction they're going then i like this concept...very simple and structured. I'm a fan.
After looking at that Thrashers concept for the first time in years. I'm wondering to myself, just what was I thinking? well that was a FAIL.
- I'm a huge fan of the Canucks concept. This is coming from a die-hard Flames fan. Although I like the colour, I'd still like to see it in the blue they use now. Sharp uniforms, nice work, too bad Luongo wears #1, haha. Not a big fan of any of the other ones.
- The Dallas one is... interesting... but the colour is off and there a few minor details that don't work. There's no identity with just the star on it's own.
- The Thrashers need a new look. The logo is awful, the colours are all wrong. No slight to the artist, just that it needs a fresh take, a whole new idea. Not an improvement on their existing uniforms though.
- No to Florida. Just... no. Bring back the red and ditch that stupid circle logo.
- Big meh on Ottawa. I like their current uniforms (except the third) but they could use some tweaks. Really hope we see a new black third with the "O" on it.
All of those are looking pretty sharp!!! Really like the Canucks & Thrashers jerseys!
Great color combo for the Panthers: much more Florida than red. And the Canucks' jersey shows tasteful restraint without sacrificing pop. I always liked that C/stick logo.
Dallas Jersey is awesome, a great throwback
