0284: Minnesota Green

This is one of those outstanding concepts that you look at and wonder why the team isn't already using it. I wish I had an answer. All I know is that Justin Cox always submits top-notch work and I'm almost never disappointed by a green jersey. Win-win right there. One nice thing about this set is that for as much as the Wild get knocked for their "Christmas colors," this design really doesn't feel that way. Have to say, I'm a big fan.

You hit the nail on the head for me there. I really do not like the current Minnesota jerseys mainly because of the colour scheme. At least that is what I thought was the problem. However, these jerseys show that this colour scheme can really work. I love them.

Yes. Yes. Oh my god yes. These are perfect. They cannot be improved upon. Why on earth are the Wild not wearing these now? I wish someone with sense (like myself - or the gentleman who designed this outstanding piece) were in charge of all NHL uniforms so that there wouldn't be so much crap out there. In closing, this rules!

Maybe the logos and the numbers on the arms could be a bit smaller. Other than that, it is a solid concept and would look great on the ice. Good job!

6 stars! Amazing concept. I'm just curious how the green jersey would look if the red stripe went all the way to the bottom and the jersey and end of the sleeve like the green does on the white jersey.

Great jersey - a million times better than those Xmas duds they where now. Green is a such an underused color for some reason in sports.

I'd say drop the yellow stripe and you have a perfect uniform. Still not a big fan of those numbers, but hey, what can you do. Anyway, I'm of the opinion that not all colors in the logo have to be on the jersey itself, and to me the yellow is just a tad too much. Terrific work!!!

These are phenomenal. If the NHL ever plays a game again, these should be a shoo in! With a team that has Christmas pines lined up in a row in its primary logo, a "Christmasy" look, ever so subtly, is seemingly inevitable. I think the yellow stripe actually aids in the dampening of the Christmas feel. 5/5!

Love the off-white road unis. Altogether definitely an awesome scheme. For some reason when I see the Stars use green, it doesn't really appeal to me. However I think that with Minnesota, green really makes everything better. Great job Justin!

The striping on the home jersey feels like it belongs on a Flames jersey, but it nonetheless looks excellent here on the green. Awesome job. Five stars.

This would be a great jersey for the QMJHL Halifax Mooseheads. They share the Wild's color scheme and have never had a green jersey since 1994. The current jersey is a total knock off of Minnesota's red home sweater. It'd be nice to see them wearing something original. I would totally buy this.

I have a question now for the designer: What colour helmet would you see them in with the off white jerseys? I think they'd look great with the green helmets for both sets, but I think there's maybe a rule against that. But I'm really not sure. I ask because I think there could be an issue with a white helmet going with the off white jerseys.

love the yellow accents

@Tyler: My intention was for the green helmets to be used for both jerseys. I'm assuming there's no rule against it since the Rangers wore blue helmets at the Winter Classic. A

Thanks everyone for such positive feedback!
