0650: Senator Stripes

In honor of the official unveiling of their Heritage Classic sweater, the Ottawa Senators are the subject of today's concept post. Nevill Carney likes the Sens' black third jersey from 2011 so he designed red and white ones to go with it.

Not sure why everyone keeps saying make the black alternate the full time home and the heritage Classic jersey the away when there's a concept like this..... MAKE THESE THE FULLTIME HOME AND ROAD!!!! I think the sens need to stick with red as a primary color. All in all great concept!!!! 9/10

I LOVE it! IF OTT mgmt was smart they would adopt these as their new Home/Road uniforms! The only thing I would change would be to lose the shoulder patches (I'm just not a fan of shoulder patches to begin with, unless its for celebrating something)

Add the black jersey (with white stripes - not vintage white) and we're good to go!

Go with these, but keep the black one as the third and wear it for about half the home games. I have to hate the Sens, but at least I wouldn't hate their look.

These are great jerseys, but don't expect to see them as the main look. The Sens have for the most part tried to leave the full barberpole look to the OHL's Ottawa 67's who have been using the look pretty much continuously since 1969.

In my view it keeps with the tradition like the Original Sneators if they Hertiage Sweaters become full time sweaters

Perfect, 5/5. It's unique and it uses the Senators color combinations perfectly. The half black/half white sleeve and chest stripe are really appealing to me.
