0546: Heritage in Vancouver

Last week someone asked to see a Vancouver-Ottawa Heritage Classic concept. I live to serve. As does Ryan Haslett, who created this neat set. I doubt this is what we'll get from the Canucks, but he's probably in the right area for the Senators.

The Senators should make that their away jersey and their current alternate should be made into their primary!
This is great work from Ryan. I really enjoy this set I think it would foolish of the NHL not to use a set similar to this. Keep up the good work Ryan.
Love these concepts... Would look perfect at the Heritage Classic!
I absolutely LOVE that Canucks one! If they go fauxback, that would seem to be very inline since they introduced that colour of the Millionaires 'V' logo last year. Then a stylized version of the 70's V on the arm. Fantastic work.
Vancouver doesn't have much history to pull from and they have really worn them all as vintage jerseys in the past, so this one has a chance IMO.
Thanks Chris and Ryan!
That is EXACTLY what I want to see Ottawa wear for the Heritage Classic. I'm still crazy over Justin Cox's set of Ottawa jerseys with the red version of the heritage jersey as their third. I want the team suiting up in them yesterday, but this white heritage jersey (white! - not 'vintage white') is too good to mothball after just one game. Keep it in the lockers and pull it out on the road for special occasions. I'd buy this one in a heartbeat and do some serious damage to the bank account if Ottawa took these two concepts and implemented them!
As for Vancouver, they've pretty much done it all lately. I'd still like them to take last year's Millionaires barber pole and do it in current green/blue/white, however this jersey is a great subtle meld of the present and much of their past.
Nice work Ryan!
This is nice. Very nice. Unfortunately we Canucks fans will probably be subjected to yet another iteration of the stick-in-rink jersey.
Love these concepts. The Canucks rendition is especially fantastic. It has a lot more continuity and strength of design than the jerseys they are currently wearing. As a Canucks fan, I'd be proud to put that jersey on.
