I like the Panther 'claw wave' logo, very creative. That's about the only thing that stands out to me here though.
claw wave is cool and the panther silhouette just not the primary! i like dallas' but i'm sick of circle logos.. what is that blue jackets logo besides the ohio flag? i can't tell what it is..
Not a fan of that CBJ sweater at all.. What is the red inside of the cannon? Get rid of sleeve stripes and just put the one star on the sleeve and you might have something to work with

How many times are we going to see that Thrashers logo? I swear I've seen that 100 times on here...
being from the state of Ohio... if that red splotch is supposed to be Ohio then I was mistaught what our state looks like in school
For NY, put "Rangers" diagonally. and there is no need for the # on the front, this isn't basketball or football.

I made that Rangers jersey about a year ago...it sucks. I only gave it ONE star. I feel ashamed for submitting it.
I would really like the CBJ logo if the red spot wasn't on there. And I agree with Tom about the Circle logos.
Panthers Claw Wave logo is one of the most creative, and visually appealing, logos anyone has ever submitted to this site.
I don't like the cartoon-ish sun behind it, but take that claw wave and work a jersey around it. That design is a winner.

I'm not sure where the Atlanta 'A' came from but I'm not really a fan, seems a lot of artists like it though.
This was an old one I did, The red splotch didn't come out too well, but it's suppose to be the Red circle that is on the flag. Like I said, didn't come out too well. the red stripes on the jersey for the flag as well. thanks for the feed back.
That Claw / Wave logo looks very familiar. I know I've seen it before, but I'm not sure where. I really hope that Ben was the one who posted that logo the first time. I'm sure thats the case though. I'll post a link if I come across it.
claw/wave logo = ICEHL California Wave. I don't understand why people keep trying to recreate the Jackets...they really don't need it. In my opinion, they have the slickest uniform set in the league. I like the stars concept...the lone star is a texas icon (dallas cowboys, etc.) and i have no problems with them having a similar logo to the football franchise, in fact i think it would help with city identity. Rangers: Good idea, but lazy. I can do the same thing with an online customizer and microsoft paint. And i'm pretty sure dartmouth college has the best jersey that exhibits a frontal number, so i don't think anyone else should even try. Thrashers: stop using the same old "A" logo. its played out...and personally, i think they need a complete overhaul...colors and everything. The only jersey i actually like in this set is the stars.
i like the frightening panther..there's nothing wrong with having a non-cartoon logo. Not everything has to be Disney-fied like the the 90's. The secondary logo is a little off.it kinda looks like the panther is walking waya after leaving a pile of poop behind it.
I really enjoy the Dallas concept..its clean and classic and you know it is the Stars as soon as you see it. The Rangers concept could work as a 3rd, but not as a primary.
The Stars concept = Oakland A's + Captain America's shield. I kinda like it, and it's leaps and bounds better than their current sets.
That Rangers jersey makes me want to die a little. The striping's okay, but the front is such a wasted palette - so that's where the Dallas template went.
Although the Thrasher's logo isn't very different from previous designers's attempts, that reverse taper stripe is cool. Outside the box still (but not too crazy), which is Atlanta's forte.
I guess I shouldn't say but I love that Ranger jersey. They had something similar in the 30's or 40's. Having a front chest number is very old school
I actually like the football/basketball style number on the front designs. I would not like to see every team wearing that style of jersey all the time (like in the NBA), losing the team crests on the chest altogether would be a tragedy, but in moderation I do think numbers on the front designs bring something different to NHL Jerseys. I like the Rangers jersey (AND the current Atlanta alternates for that matter) but Haters gonna Hate.
The Stars uni is okay but I wouldnt roll with it. It would be better with some tweaks.First off, any Stars jersey HAS to have their STARS symbol on the front. Why mess with perfection ? Second, I would go with black pants for some contrast and sharpness. Third, I would add some black in there somewhere and not have the yellow piping on the shoulders of the home jersey. They really resemble the old Sabres unis though so not sure Id roll with it but theyre a decent start.
