Collection 49: Another Round for the Jets

I've still got more Jets concepts to come before the imminent unveiling.

I wouldn't be suprised to see the Jets in something similar to what Avi has there. Very sharp looking set, in line with everything we've seen so far.
Avi Stein's is the best concept I've seen to date. Excellent work.
Hate the baby blue jerseys... Look like Thrashers, Penguins, Panthers etc....
Avi and Anthony have the best and the most Practical for Reebok
Nevill's design is easily the sharpest of the bunch, but Avi's is also quite good.

This is the first time I have ever had something posted on Icethetics. Thanks, Chris! For this Jets concept, I was trying to have the arms act as "wings" to represent the team's namesake and to give a sense of a 'blast off' if that makes any sense. I thought it would make the jersey pop and ultimately, something that I would buy as a fan. I do agree with Riley though; the baby blue should be a secondary look for the new Jets and the darker blue should (hopefully) become the new color for the home jerseys.
Avi nailed it. I'm a big fan of "shoulder yokes" and that's what sets it aside from the others.
that last jersey needs to be a few sizes bigger!
Avi's designs are a little too close to the older Leafs jerseys for my tastes. I prefer the clean look of the white jersey Anthony submitted (but not the home jersey). Still waiting for a great home jersey concept.

so..it's been almost a month since the last concept collection....just saying....do you really have that much of a shortage?
really neat "true north"/ compass detail on the collar of anthony's jerseys. subtle, but very cool.
