0241: Blue & Silver
Here's a color scheme we haven't yet seen in a Lightning concept. I like the blue and silver a lot, actually. Any thoughts on Steven Grant's attempt.

Very nice, if the team sported this look they wouldn't look like a Maple Leafs clone. They should implement this in case the league does go through with the proposed realignment since the Bolts would be playing the Leafs on a regular basis.
Reminicent of the old Sudbury Wolves uniforms. I quite like it
Great looking jersey. the only thing is, the yokes and striping look kinda little bit like a combination of Bruins and Rangers.
Looks like a winner to me. I find the silver gives it a little more dynamic a look than what the Lightning have right now.
I definitely prefer blue-silver to blue-black.
This concept is NHL-ready. Too bad the owners and players aren't.

Totally agree with Justin, first thing that came to mind were the old Wolves threads.
Except these look much better, that lightning logo has really grown on me. Victory stripes, a touch of silver and shoulder logos bring it all together. Def deserves its current 4.5 star rating..
This design is flawlesss. Seems to incorporate everything that's special about the Lightning. They should've chosen a design similar to that.

I really like these, I would like for the numbers to have piping on them but other than that... Great Job!
These are superb. Definitely a big improvement and NHL-ready. One of my all time favorites on here.
Very nice! This guy gets it, less is more. I'm still not a huge fan of that logo, but as far as putting it all together, a very nice job.
Looking at the road sweater, the black thin outline on the blue stripes looks looks bad. Other than that, its a great concept!

@Drinktab, I was thinking of using outlines on the numbers but I wanted them to match the logo.
@Craig, There actually isn't a black outline there. It must of happened while resizing the image or something.
@Craig, good job man. Something worth trying: The silver stripe on the shoulders, right before it hits the collar, what if a little bolt shot down, parallel to the collar on each side? Might look cool, might not, but worth trying. If it looks good, it would be subtle enough not to take anything away from the jersey, but would have a tie with the bold on the pants and could really put this concept over the top!
