0130: The Minimalist Hurricanes

I've always thought the Carolina Hurricanes could use a more simplified jersey design. Ryan Haslett shows us here what that might look like. Clean and minimalist. Works for me. (By the way, can you believe this is the first Hurricanes concept since I revamped the Concepts page?)

I like it, I like a lot, though one thing could be changed, it's the NHL logo on the neck. I can't take my eyes off it, and thinking it's just not right. Then looking at other concepts it's the black material. Were that to be red, it would blend more with the shirt
Better still the NHL shield be shifted to the sleeves perhaps, and then we can clean collars.
Not too bad. I really like the suimated "squares" on the hem ad up the arms. Great work as usual, Ryan!
i love this i just noticed the hurricane flags hidden in the waist stripe great concept
Looking at this twice, it's not minimalist at all.
The fact that it gives the impression of being minimalist means it's a much better design that what the Hurricanes use.
Hopefully, Black pants would be included. The red Hurricanes pants make their uniforms look like snowsuits.
The Hurricanes may be the toughest NHL team to generate concepts/ideas. It's pretty difficult to stray far away from their current identity.
Would love to see this concept with the Current Number styling.
The one thing I would change is either making the arm stripes a bit thinner or making the hem stripes a bit thicker, the difference between the two is a bit distracting. Outside of that, this is a real nice Jersey. The sublimated design looks really sharp, and seeing as how it's being used a lot more in concepts I'm assuming it's becoming a trend
I like it, but I think the squares going up and down the arms should be removed
