This one's kind of a Freak Out Winter Classic Saturday. Scott Dempsey figures if the NHL can stage an outdoor game in southern California, why not Florida?

I have to admit, I actually really like those Lightning jerseys. Reminds me of the awesome blue alternates they had in the '90's.

@Joe, because the bottom already looks like waves. It's an update of the old storm jerseys ( http://nhluniforms.com/Lightning/Lightning04.html ). Also, I'm shocked this wasn't posted on a Friday.

is there anybody who actually likes the Ducks' jerseys? not sure why they keep showing up in concepts, although it doesn't look terrible here. not crazy about the underarms here though. they will never have a jersey without those victory stripes, but they would probably have to be black for it to really work. otherwise it looks so out of place. and also, the sleeve numbers are just bad. make them the standard block font and I like it.

the Panthers one doesn't look bad, except for that sun. Reebok would never let them do something like that on a real jersey, so thankfully we don't have to worry about that. so with that in mind, I would prefer the red and blue to be reversed. it would be really sharp as an alternate jersey but I think everybody would rather the primary jersey be red instead of blue. I would love to see that jersey with the red and blue switched. I think it would look really sharp (again, getting rid of the sun)

I don't care for that big sun on the shoulder of the Panthers jersey. But I kind of like the rest of it. Could work as a 3rd for 8-10 nights a year.
