0457: Dallas Stars I

All right, I hope you guys like the Dallas Stars, because we're embarking on two solid weeks of Stars concepts starting today. As you know, the club will officially unveil its new logo and uniforms on June 4. So leading up to the big event will be as many Stars designs as I can fit. We kick it all off with the talented Ross Taylor and his great green and silver take on Dallas.

REALLY like the jersey and like the star logo. what is up with the D flag, though? is there some kind of meaning behind that? i looks a little out of place but could totally make sense if you are from texas. (i am not.) any story?

I agree with Jonathanc, the logo is cool, except the flag, it just feels out of place. This also seems a little more like green and gray instead of silver. Perhaps that's because it's just an illustration, but if they used some actual silver/metallic fabric, it could spice things up.

I like the color of the jersey. Can't go wrong with a green jersey. I've heard that from some where before...

Ditto, puzzled by the D-flag, all else is awesome!

I'm wondering the same thing as JonathanC, I don't mind it but the top 1/5 of the star ends up looking like a sailboat to me with the grey down the middle looking like a mast. I especially like the flag on the breezers (not so much on top of the puck in the alternate though) contrasting with the green on its own.

Great main color but the Stars need a hint of orange or gold. I also look at the star logo and immediately think of the new Winnipeg Jets logo, which is not a good response.
