Continuing our week of featuring prolific artists is Nick Burton. Last week he wrapped up his WNHL series. Today we get a glimpse at some NHL jerseys, including this very green Canucks set. Not for nothing, but I would buy that in a heartbeat.
He's got a sharp fauxback for the Kings as well. I could see a grey jersey working very well if it was executed this way.
Lastly, he's putting the Bolts back in black but with the new logos. I'm not sure it needs all the stripes, but I'm looking forward to an eventual black third jersey in Tampa.

Wow... a little stripe-crazy! All things in moderation, Nick.
That being said, I'm glad that bright colour is returning to the NHL palette. I was getting very tired of black and all the dark colours that made it hard to watch games on TV. At least with coloured uniforms (not black or dark), one team doesn't look like all the rest.
Ah, Nick, my favorite concept artist on this site. Every single one of his designs are sharp and clean, and always have been something I would buy and wear proudly if they were real. My favorite concept of his, and one of my top 3 concepts I've ever seen, is this beauty.
I'm glad and not surprised that he's featured this week, and I too always look forward to each new concept he comes up with.
