Boston has done a great job mixing past and present with their uniforms. This set is one of the best in the NHL. Would like to see them add the gold winter classic uniform as a permenant alternate jersey though because that one is really nice.
A lot of the other teams in the NHL could learn a few things from Boston's uniform set.

i hate their black alts. they need to make the WC jersey the alternate. its one of the few times yellow looks good

As a life long Bruins fan, I love their jerseys. I prefer the Winter Classic over the current Alternate. I really wish they'd use them more often.

I'm a Bruins fan, and if I could change anything about their uniforms, I would like to see them stripe the pants on their black and gold unis. I absolutely love the Winter Classic duds, but the all-black unis are awful. And their striping pattern on the gold socks should match the striping on their black shirts. Heck, I could even tolerate the all black alternate unis if they just striped the pants and striped the hem of the shirts. But if they wanted to get rid of the all-black alternate unis, I wouldn't mind at all.

As a graphic designer and a B's fan since the Neely/Bourque/Oates days, I used to dislike the current alternate. However, after purchasing one of those jerseys, it kinda grew on me. True, it could use some sort of striping on the hem, but I do like the simplicity of it. The patterns remind me of the 1980s/early 90s jerseys where the shoulders were bare except for a patch on each side. I loved that design scheme! (I could definitely do without the "pooh bear" look during the late 90s/early 2000s though.) I think the white jersey is my favorite from the current set, but I wish the elbow/waist stripes were in the gold/black/white/black/gold arrangement that the 80s white jerseys had...

As other readers have said, I'm surprised they haven't replaced the third jersey with the fantastic yellow Winter Classic sweater. With that said, I don't mind the black third as much as some people on here do.
If the current thirds were yellow instead of black, would they be fixed?

I really love the Bruins jerseys! Without question, one of the best in the entire NHL, behind the Blackhawks of course. I think all 3 jerseys are just beautiful. The alternate and home are especially gorgeous. However, I found their Winter Classic jersey to be hideous! When I think Bruins, I only think of black and yellow. The brown absolutely ruined the jersey, and I find it just terrible. If it were black, it would've been WAY better. The brown just absolutely kills the whole design. I realize that they did use brown a long time ago, but it's still a revolting color scheme.
